Reproducible: -Reproducibility-

We have migrate users from 6.5.4 to 8.0.1(basic)
some month ago.

We have a policy to force users to change password every 60 days.

This policy doesn't work anymore.

When we try to change password from the client. We have the error msg Account is locked out: see your administrator to reset it.

We have try many change on the user definition:
- don't check password
- no policy
- etc.

No success. We try offline same tinks

Do you have some solutions ?
